Online Store Design: Liddabit Sweets

I'm super-excited to have completed the online store for Liddabit Sweets -- a fantastic Brooklyn-based chocolate company. Their entire product line is hand-made and they use as many local and organic products as possible. What's more, working with Liz Gutman - one of the co-owners - was awesometastic! Summer 2009 :: Photo Timeline

These are all the photos I've taken between May and the first week of September 2009 in a single 2-minute zippy photo/film. I've been wanting to do a project like this for a while, so expect more to come from my photo archives. (additional photos by Nina Barry, Robin Katz, Jason Lange and Tasha Shayne). I love how all the photos that are essentially rejects -- out of focus, poorly framed, and over exposed shots -- become useful again and add character to the film and provide vital motion. MintyForest: One Year in Photos x 2

We recently wrapped up MintyForest.com -- a 365 day daily photo project. This is one of my favorite combos: While it can be a bit harrowing to take and color correct a photo EVERY SINGLE DAY (not to mention the thousands of unused shots), there is something magical about it too. Especially when you can look back over a year and visually digest how much actually happens in that time -- people coming and going, new haircuts, moving, parties and weddings, seasons changing, vacations, broken camera lenses...
