Friday I’m in Love:: Wedding Lip Dub

Congratulations to Danny + Nina! My very close friends got married last weekend in Denver. As a big surprise gift, I put together this lip dub to ‘Friday I’m in Love’ by the Cure in the weeks before the wedding with all of our friends from Denver. We worked on it super-secretly while D + N were out of town and finally presented it to them just a couple of days beforehand.
There was much hugging all around after the screening, so I think it was a success.
Everything was shot in one afternoon on a fancy HD camera borrowed from the lovely people at Looking Glass Arts. The hearts are all hand-made from 100% real cardboard, cut-out and hand-painted by myself in the garage. They are now stashed all over the place – in the trunk of my car, on top of my bookshelf and deep in my closet. Watch the full HD version on vimeo here.
