About Josh Shayne

Writer/Director Josh Shayne is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and creator of Floating Lightbulb Films, a commercial production company. Some of his previous credits include the films:
“Le Voyeur“ (which aired on IFC in 2007); “NYU and YOU” (which screens annually for the incoming class at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts); and, most recently, “Tempting Charles Warner.”

More recently, Josh wrote, directed and starred in the successful web comedy series Lowered Expectations, and was sent across the country by Stetson Hats to deliver an inaugural hat to President Barack Obama.

In 2008, Josh founded CityLightsGuide.com — a social networking website which brings people together with the favorite places in their cities and lets them share with friends.
